Refund policy
At MOVIDA, we believe a refined experience doesn’t end at checkout. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple, no-questions-asked exchange—within the terms outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Requests raised after this period will not be eligible
2. No-Questions-Asked Exchange
We offer a one-time, no-questions-asked exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
- The product passes our standard quality inspection
This applies primarily to size or style exchanges and is subject to stock availability.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for return or exchange, products must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition with complete packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable / Limited Exchange Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective:
- Sale, promotional, or clearance items (where explicitly mentioned)
- Products showing signs of wear or use
- Items returned without original packaging
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchange Process
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Exchanges may be requested for items of equal or higher value
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer
7. Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after successful quality inspection
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable
Refund timelines depend on banking and payment partner processing cycles.
8. Pick-up & Shipping
- Reverse pick-up availability depends on serviceable pin codes
- Where unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship
- Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be communicated transparently
9. Quality Inspection
All returned or exchanged products undergo a mandatory quality check.
MOVIDA reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet policy standards.
10. Hygiene & Trial Policy
For hygiene reasons, footwear should be tried indoors on a clean surface only.
Any sign of outdoor use will make the product ineligible for return or exchange.
11. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns per this policy
12. Policy Updates
MOVIDA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.
