1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, MOVIDA ships across India.
International shipping will be introduced in due course and will be governed by separate terms once available.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- During sale periods or high-volume days, processing times may be slightly extended
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout
- Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned explicitly
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pin codes
- MOVIDA reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations
- COD orders may require additional verification before dispatch
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailability of recipient
- Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to origin. Re-shipping or refunds will be processed as per applicable policies, and additional charges may apply.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. MOVIDA shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Damaged Packages
If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting our customer support team immediately.
10. International Shipping (Future-Ready Clause)
Once international shipping is introduced:
- Delivery timelines, shipping costs, and duties will vary by country
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges shall be borne by the customer
- MOVIDA will not be responsible for delays due to customs clearance
11. Force Majeure
MOVIDA shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government regulations.

MOVIDA reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective upon posting on the Website.
